Photo Jewelry Warranty and Return Policy
3 Month Warranty
1. If your merchandise becomes damaged as a result of manufacturer defect,
New Pendant Jewelry will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge for up to 10 days
from the date of purchase
2. If your merchandise torn color or fade out. New Pendant Jewelry will replace the item, at our option,
without charge for up to 3 month for gold plate and sterling silver 1 month for month for rhodium from
the date of purchase
4. Warranty excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear. If warranty service is required,
please send the merchandise and warranty to New Pendant Jewelry
You may return your order within 10 days from the date of shipment.
Please include the following order information:
Full name, Address, Order Number, Date of purchase, Type of pendant purchased, Problem with order.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused
Returns and Exchanges Restrictions:
1. The original Invoice must accompany the returned item.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
3. Special orders and personalized engraved items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
4. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
