You must ensure that you send the sharpest, clearest photos possible.  The machine engraves what it sees. Often we receive photos that are not clear, or the subjects are out of focus, too dark, or too "hazy"; the engraving machine interprets this as part of the picture, and as it engraves, it picks up all of the imperfections of the photograph.  Such photos result in a pendant that appears to be of poor quality, when in fact our machine has picked up or even enhanced all that it saw.  If you send an out of focus, hazy picture, your pendant will appear out of focus and hazy. Due to a few customers thinking this to be poor quality in our workmanship, or "false advertising" of the product; we are forced to either reject pictures that are not of high quality, or you must acknowledge that you understand the inability of the pendant to alter the appearance of an out of focus, dark, or hazy picture. This is especially true for a one of a kind photo, in which you are unable to obtain a clearer copy, or a better photo altogether. Please understand that we are able to lighten some of the pictures if they are not too dark; however, we are unable to add clarity to the subjects of photos that are out of focus, obscured, or hazy.
